Shipping policy

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your return request is for a defective item, you will receive a full credit for shipping costs once All World Décor receives the item and is deemed defective. 

Ground delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning/exchanging an item over $100.00, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service.
