Refund policy

All full price purchases are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery date.  Please note that "sale" items are ineligible for a return or refund.       All Sale Items Are Final! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Returns postmarked after 14 days of the receipt of merchandise will not be accepted.  Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.  

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@allworlddecor.com.  

  1. Email us your order number and state which items you would like to return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return authorization label.
  3. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use and have the original tags on.
  4. Package the products into their original packaging.
  5. Put the products into shipment packaging and label it.
  6. Bring your package to the designated shipper.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
